ProTec House operates a general no-refund policy. All course fees are collected upfront as a commitment to the learning journey, and course resources, instructor time, and community access are made available immediately or shortly after confirmed enrollment.

This policy exists because:

  • Course materials, recorded videos, and resources are immediately accessible after enrollment confirmation.
  • Digital content and access cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once delivered.
  • ProTec House instructors invest significant time and effort in preparing and delivering course content.
  • Student group access and community resources are provided from the date of enrollment.

We strongly recommend that all prospective students read the full course description, review the curriculum, and seek clarification from our team on any queries before making a payment. We are happy to answer questions through our website contact channels prior to enrollment.

Eligible Refund Situations

ProTec House recognizes that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise. A refund may be considered — at ProTec House's sole discretion — in the following specific situations:

  1. Duplicate Payment: You have been charged more than once for the same course enrollment due to a payment processing error, resulting in two or more identical transactions. Proof of both transactions must be provided.
  2. Technical Issue Preventing Course Access: A verified, persistent technical problem on ProTec House's end — not related to your device, internet connection, or third-party platform (e.g., Vimeo or Google Drive outages) — prevents you from accessing your enrolled course content, and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe despite our team's efforts.
  3. Course Cancellation by ProTec House: ProTec House cancels the course or training batch you enrolled in before it commences, and no alternative batch or access arrangement is offered to you.
  4. Failure to Deliver Purchased Course Access: ProTec House fails to provide you with access to the course materials or student community within 7 business days of confirmed payment, with no communication or explanation from our team.

In all eligible cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the triggering event and must include supporting documentation (e.g., payment receipts, screenshots, or correspondence).

Non-Eligible Situations

The following situations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Change of mind: Deciding after enrollment that the course is not what you expected or that you have changed your personal interests or goals.
  • Lack of time: Claiming that you are too busy, your schedule has changed, or you have not been able to engage with the course content.
  • Failure to complete the course: Not finishing the course, not watching the videos, or not completing assigned tasks does not constitute a basis for a refund.
  • Personal preference: Dissatisfaction with the teaching style, pace of the course, or format of content delivery that was communicated at the time of enrollment.
  • Unsatisfactory results: Not achieving the income, freelancing success, or career outcomes you personally expected as a result of completing the course. Individual results vary and depend on personal effort and application.
  • Third-party platform issues: Temporary outages, changes in terms, or access restrictions imposed by Google Drive, Vimeo, YouTube, or WhatsApp that are outside of ProTec House's direct control.
  • Late refund requests: Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window from the eligible triggering event will not be considered.

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund based on the eligible circumstances outlined in this policy, please follow the process below carefully. Incomplete or undocumented requests will not be processed.

Collect all relevant evidence to support your claim. This includes your payment receipt or transaction confirmation, any screenshots showing duplicate charges, or documented proof of the issue (e.g., error messages, inaccessible links, or ProTec House cancellation notice).

Your message must include your full name, enrolled course name, payment date, amount paid, a clear description of the reason for your refund request, and all supporting documentation attached.

Processing Timeline

ProTec House is committed to handling all refund requests fairly and in a timely manner. The following timelines apply:

  • Acknowledgment: Within 3 business days of receiving your request.
  • Review and decision: Within 7–10 business days of receiving complete documentation.
  • Refund processing (if approved): Within 7–14 business days of the approval decision, subject to the payment method and banking timelines.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or mobile banking service. ProTec House is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions once a refund has been initiated on our end.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is unavailable or no longer valid, ProTec House will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method at our discretion.

Partial refunds may be issued in certain cases where only a portion of the payment qualifies for a refund (for example, in the event of a partial duplicate charge). ProTec House reserves the right to determine the appropriate refund amount based on the specific circumstances of each case.

ProTec House will not be responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or transaction fees deducted during the refund process by your financial institution.
