Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any course
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "you," or "your") and ProTec House ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our online learning platform and all courses, materials, and services provided through https://protechouse.org.
By registering for a course, making a payment, accessing any course material, or joining any student group managed by ProTec House, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not enroll in or access our courses.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or engages in conduct detrimental to other students or to ProTec House as a platform.

Upon successful enrollment and confirmed payment, ProTec House will grant you access to the specific course content you have purchased. Course materials may be delivered through one or more of the following channels:
- Google Drive — for downloadable resources, PDFs, templates, and study materials.
- Vimeo — for hosted video lessons and recorded sessions.

ProTec House reserves the right to determine how long course access remains available after enrollment, which may vary by course type and batch.

Course Updates
ProTec House reserves the right to update, modify, expand, restructure, or revise course content at any time. The digital skills landscape — including freelancing platforms, AI tools, and online marketplaces — evolves rapidly, and we are committed to keeping our training relevant and current.
Course updates may include:
- Addition of new video lessons or modules reflecting changes in platforms or industry practices.
- Removal of outdated content that no longer reflects current best practices.

Our courses are educational in nature. Any income or business outcomes depend entirely on your individual effort, market conditions, personal skills, and circumstances beyond our control.
Account Suspension
ProTec House reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a student's access to course materials and student groups at any time, without prior notice, if we determine — in our sole discretion — that the student has:
- Violated any section of these Terms and Conditions.
- Shared, redistributed, or resold course materials or access credentials.
- Engaged in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow students.
- Provided fraudulent payment or enrollment information.
- Engaged in any activity that may harm ProTec House's reputation, platform integrity, or intellectual property.
If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may contact ProTec House to raise a formal concern. We will review the situation and communicate our decision within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to Terms
ProTec House reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates in our services, applicable laws, business practices, or user feedback.
When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students, such as by posting an update on our website or sending an email notification. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on our website.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued enrollment in or access to ProTec House courses following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should cease using our services.
